  • Yes! Your unlimited membership is valid at any of our three locations.

  • No. We do however use a soft foam material that is extremely gentle on your vehicle. Your vehicle’s safety is one of our top priorities and we have invested in the best car wash equipment, materials, and cleaning solutions to provide you with the best wash possible.

  • Yes. We accept all major credit cards, all tap to pay options and cash. 

  • No. Wet Rabbit is an exterior express car wash. We do offer free vacuums for customers and microfiber towels are available for $1.

  • Wet Rabbit has a maximum height of 7’2" (86 inches). Unfortunately, if your truck exceeds this, we can’t wash your vehicle. If you have further questions or concerns, please ask one of our Customer Service Advisors at the pay stations.

  • Yes, we do stay open even during inclement weather. Rain, snow or shine we will be open to wash your vehicles!

  • You can cancel anytime. Click HERE to modify your membership settings when you’re ready. Or you can call the store to cancel over the phone.
